• Master's degree in social work with 2+ years of related casework experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of County Caseworkers for Family Support, Intake, and Truancy units and supervise contracted staff.
• Ensure quality of casework and align documentation with CWIS and ICAMS requirements.
• Attend Court proceedings as needed and participate in after-hours backup rotation.
