Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as a county caseworker required or
• Experience as a county caseworker intern through completion of the CWEB program or
• One year experience in a professional social casework in a public or private social services agency

Responsibilities

• Lead worker for after-hours weekend coverage directed at protecting the welfare of children and preserving the family unit.
• Receives and processes all reports and referrals coming into the agency during weekend after-hours, including coordination with police and medical staff.
• Will attend Court and testify at hearings regarding juvenile and criminal cases as requested.
