Tier1usa is seeking a Lead Case Supervisor in Mesa, Arizona. This permanent position is designed for individuals enrolled in a Master’s program for ABA, offering $32.50/hour and a $2,000 signing bonus.

The role prepares individuals for the BCBA exam while allowing them to accumulate practicum hours. Responsibilities include supervising cases, updating client goals, and conducting therapy sessions.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Be within ~400-600 hours (or less) of completing all practicum hours to be eligible for the BCBA Exam.
• Demonstrate excellent skills in building rapport and trust with families.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases, learning skills to become a BCBA.
• Update client goals and programming using an electronic data collection platform.
• Conduct direct client therapy for 10-20 hours/week, based on center needs.
