Job summary

Tier1usa is seeking a Lead Case Supervisor to support individuals pursuing their BCBA certification. This role allows for earning paid unrestricted hours while closely supervising multiple client cases and enhancing clinical skills. Base pay is at $28.50/hour with additional bonuses upon exam success. Candidates must be within ~400-600 hours of completing their practicum hours and possess strong rapport-building abilities.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Be within ~400-600 hours of completing all practicum hours for BCBA eligibility.
• Demonstrate skills in building rapport and trust with families.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases.
• Update client goals and programming using electronic data platforms.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
