Job summary

You will supervise four Case Planners and one Parent Advocate, guide permanency planning, and collaborate with birth families and community partners while ensuring compliance with ACS, OCFS, and contractual requirements. Evening and weekend coverage is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in child welfare, foster care, or related setting.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of four Case Planners and one Parent Advocate.
• Provide weekly supervision focused on case practice, permanency planning, family engagement, safety, and growth.
• Conduct team meetings, case consultations, and support staff through complex cases.
• Partner with agency leadership to recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate staff.
• Foster a collaborative, trauma-informed practice and advocate for children with ACS and courts.
