Job summary

JCCA seeks a Case Planning Supervisor to lead the Campus Services Foster Care Department, guiding staff, ensuring policy compliance, and aligning practice with a Family Centered and Strength-Based model. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Must have at least three (3) years of Case Management experience in child welfare
• Should have at least one year of supervisory experience
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with MS Office; ability to learn new technology platforms
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure the mission and core values are incorporated in day-to-day functions
• Engage families early and provide concurrent planning and aftercare services
• Track and ensure compliance with JCCA, ACS, DSS, OCFS, and Federal policies
• Drive permanency outcomes including reunification, adoption and housing
• Prepare and participate in legal matters and court proceedings
• Oversee documentation such as FASPs, MHCU, permanency hearing reports
• Lead and train staff, provide supervision and team development
• Administer therapeutic treatment components and case planning
