Qualifications

• Must possess a Certified Social Worker (CSW) or equivalent certification.
• At least three years' progressive employment experience in case management.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead case manager coordinating case management and release services.
• Supervise 6 case managers for compliance with child management duties.
• Assess needs of unaccompanied children and develop Individual Service Plans.

Skills

Bilingual language fluency in both English and Spanish

Excellent Driving skills and clean driving record

Supervisory experience

Education

Master's degree in behavioral sciences or social services

Bachelor's degree with three years of relevant experience
