Job summary

Center For Family Services is seeking an experienced Lead Case Manager for the Juntos Program in Bridgewater to coordinate case management, supervise staff, and ensure safe and timely services for unaccompanied children. The role develops Individual Service Plans and documents services provided.

Responsibilities include direct counseling, supervising six case managers, documentation, and ongoing professional development. A Bachelor's degree and bilingual English/Spanish are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Two years' experience counseling high-risk youth and families.
• One year of experience in providing case management and family reunification services.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record of at least three years.
• Vehicle with current insurance and registration.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct counseling and case management services.
• Supervises six case managers and ensures CM duties.
• Completes documentation and reporting requirements.
• Meets regularly with supervisor and participates in professional development opportunities.
• Promotes agency mission and collaborates on agency committees.
• Supports safe and timely release or discharge of unaccompanied children.
