Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Washington is seeking a Case Management Supervisor to improve client well-being by supervising the delivery of case management services and coordinating community resources. The role supervises 3 FTEs and up to 6 FTEs, ensures adherence to best practices and contract requirements, and contributes to program development, staff training, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s Degree in social work, mental health counseling, or related human services field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of work experience in permanent supportive services may substitute for master’s degree + licensure requirements.
• Must have knowledge of theories, principles, techniques, and practices of social service delivery systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the delivery of case management services and coordinate community resources.
• Provide case management oversight, staff development, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, agency policies, ethics, and quality standards.

Education
