Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Lead Case Manager to support foster youth and their families through community-based services. You will travel to provide in-home support, manage caseloads, coordinate with schools and medical providers, and develop individualized plans to promote stability and reunification.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field, with 2+ years of relevant experience and valid driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, or related human services field.
• LSW, LPC, or license-eligible preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred (child welfare or working with youth strongly preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel daily.
