Modernistic Cleaning and Restoration in Troy, MI is hiring Experienced Carpet Cleaning Technicians. Earn $1,000 - $1,400 per week with a $500 sign-on bonus.

This family-owned company has six Michigan locations and a culture focused on customer delight, teamwork, and growth. As a Technician, you will train to lead a truck and a helper, deliver high-quality carpet cleaning for homes and businesses, and learn Modernistic processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year carpet cleaning experience.
• Valid Michigan driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to move and lift 50 lbs or more.
• Excellent communication and a positive attitude.
• IICRC certification is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• 1-3 weeks of training to learn Modernistic processes.
• Delight customers by providing outstanding service in their homes and businesses.
• Work with a partner to provide carpet cleaning for residential and commercial clients.
• Lead and manage your truck and assistant in the field.
• Educate customers on additional Modernistic services.
• Stock vehicle with equipment and keep it organized.
