Qualifications

• Michigan driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to move and lift 50 lbs or more.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Friendly, cooperative and positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation.
• IICRC and NADCA certifications are a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Delight customers by providing outstanding customer service in their homes and businesses.
• Work with a partner to provide air duct, carpet, upholstery, tile cleaning and water restoration services to residential and commercial customers.
• Prepare areas for service by moving furniture and following safety protocols.
• Learn from Lead Cleaning & Restoration Technician to advance to the Lead Technician position.
• Educate customers on the benefits of additional services Modernistic can offer.
• Stock vehicle with equipment and supplies daily and maintain cleanliness and organization.
