Job summary

Modernistic Cleaning and Restoration in Saginaw, MI is seeking Experienced Carpet Cleaning Technicians to join our rapidly growing team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional carpet cleaning services to residential and commercial customers, with training provided to advance to Lead Tech.

The position requires physical activity, a proactive attitude, and reliable transportation. We promote from within and value teamwork, customer satisfaction, and high standards in cleaning results.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of carpet cleaning experience required.
• Valid Michigan driver's license with good driving record.
• Able to pass drug screen and background check.
• Able to move and lift 50 lbs or more.
• Exceptional communication skills; friendly, cooperative attitude.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• IICRC certification is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete 1–3 weeks of training to learn Modernistic processes and lead tech duties.
• Delight customers by delivering outstanding service in homes and businesses.
• Work with a partner to perform residential and commercial carpet cleaning to industry standards.
• Lead and manage your truck and a helper in the field.
• Educate customers on additional services offered by Modernistic.
• Keep vehicle stocked with equipment and maintain organization.
