Modernistic Cleaning & Restoration in Saginaw, MI is seeking an Experienced Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on work with immediate results and a steady weekly pay between $1,000 and $1,400, plus the strong benefits package we provide to protect you and your family.

You will train for 1–3 weeks, delight customers with top‑notch service, and lead a truck and assistant in the field while maintaining equipment and educating customers on additional services

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Carpet Cleaning experience required
• Valid Michigan driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen & background check
• Ability to move and lift 50 lbs. or more
• Exceptional communication skills
• Friendly, cooperative and positive attitude
• Dependable with reliable transportation
• IICRC certifications are a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• 1-3 weeks of training to learn Modernistic technology/processes before becoming Lead Tech
• Delight customers by providing outstanding service in their homes and businesses
• Work with a partner to provide quality carpet cleaning services to industry standards for residential and commercial customers
• Lead & Manage your truck and assistant in the field
• Educate customers on the benefits of additional services Modernistic can offer
• Stock your vehicle with equipment and supplies each day while maintaining its cleanliness & organization
