Position Overview: We’re seeking a Lead Carpet Cleaning Technician to oversee cleaning jobs, train, and lead other technicians. Ideal for experienced carpet and floor cleaners aiming for a leadership role in a growing team. Must be comfortable working independently or with a team, and capable of training others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform high-quality cleaning services
• Train, support, and supervise assistants and junior technicians
• Work independently on jobs, maintaining standards
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Maintain and inspect equipment and vehicles
• Document jobs accurately via digital logs
• Manage inventory of supplies and tools

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience in carpet or floor cleaning (lead experience preferred)
• Attention to detail and customer service skills
• Comfort with mobile devices and work software
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• IICRC certification is a plus
