Our services include carpet and floor cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, odor removal, water damage restoration, mold mitigation, and more.

Position Overview: We’re looking for a Lead Carpet Cleaning Technician to take ownership of cleaning jobs and help train and lead other technicians. This role is ideal for someone experienced in carpet and floor cleaning who wants to step into a leadership role with a growing team. You should be comfortable working independently or with a team, and confident in training others when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and perform high-quality carpet, rug, and floor cleaning services

Train, support, and supervise cleaning assistants or junior technicians

Work solo on jobs when needed, maintaining professional standards

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

Maintain and inspect cleaning equipment and work vehicle

Ensure proper documentation of each job through digital work orders and logs

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and tools

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

2+ years of experience in carpet or floor cleaning (lead experience preferred)

Strong attention to detail and customer service

Comfortable using mobile devices and work order software

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

IICRC certification in Carpet Cleaning or related areas a plus
