The starting hourly pay range for LeadService Technician is $26.00, commensuratewith experience and dependent on the specific community's level of complexity. Our Lead Service Technicians typically work a schedule that includes oneor more weekend days. Our Service Team members participate in a rotating on -call schedule with additional shift differential pay.
