ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a full-time lead carpenter for year-round work with comprehensive benefits. The role covers remodeling tasks from patches and paint to complete home rebuilds, with overtime and a daily vehicle stipend.

A pay range starts at $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience, trade knowledge, and location. We value skilled tradesmen who can work independently and with teams, provide their own tools, and pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Remodeling experience required.
• Reliable and hardworking with a can-do attitude.
• Provide your own tools and a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills and reliable transportation are essential.
• Previous restoration experience is a plus.
• Must be able to move and lift 50+ lbs.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities
