Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Wichita, KS is seeking a full-time Lead Carpenter with remodeling experience to join our busy, trusted team. You'll tackle projects from patch-and-paint to entire home rebuilds, collaborating with superintendents and other trades.

Qualifications

• Remodeling experience; restoration experience is a plus.
• Reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented.
• Provide your own tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform remodeling tasks across drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry.
• Handle projects from patch and paint to complete home rebuilds.
