Job summary
ServiceMaster DSI, a nationwide general contractor and disaster restoration leader, is seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter in Lincoln, NE for year-round, full-time work with benefits. You will perform remodeling tasks across drywall, painting, tile, flooring and carpentry, ranging from patchwork and painting to complete home rebuilds, with a competitive hourly wage.
The role includes a daily vehicle stipend, paid holidays, PTO, and opportunities for advancement; candidates must have remodeling
Qualifications
- Remodeling experience
- Reliable and hardworking
- Provide your own tools
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Previous restoration experience is a plus.
- Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
- Pass background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Perform remodeling work across drywall, painting, tile, flooring, and carpentry.
- Handle projects from patch/paint to complete home rebuild with a steady workload.
- Collaborate with superintendents and tradesmen to achieve job goals.
- Maintain tools and ensure safety and quality on site.
