ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a Lead Carpenter for year-round work in Madison, WI. This full-time role requires remodeling experience across drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, and mechanics, with a competitive hourly wage and travel stipend. You’ll join a busy, nationwide contractor known for quality restoration and exceptional customer service.

The position offers benefits, paid holidays, and PTO. Overtime is paid after 40 hours and double time after 60 hours.

Qualifications

• Remodeling experience required.
• Reliable and hardworking mindset desired.
• Provide your own tools to perform duties.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Reliable transportation to job sites is needed.
• Previous restoration experience is a plus.
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Engage in remodeling tasks from patch and paint to full home rebuild.
• Work on defined construction phases, not water mitigation.
• Overtime paid at 40+ hours; double time after 60 hours.
• Receive a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses.
