Qualifications

• Remodeling experience; restoration experience is a plus.
• Reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented.
• Provide your own tools and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills; valid driver’s license required.
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs; pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Work on remodeling projects from patches and paint to complete home rebuilds.
• Collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality restoration work.
• Maintain safety, keep tools organized and communicate progress clearly.
