This full-time, year-round position offers steady work, a competitive hourly wage of $32–$40, a 2,000 sign-on bonus, benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off and holidays, plus a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential remodeling, preferably as lead carpenter.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable vehicle for local travel.
• Own hand and power tools suitable for lead carpenter work.
• Commitment to craftsmanship and accuracy.
• Ability to perform material takeoffs from blueprints.
• Strong communication with clients and team.
• Comfort with smartphone/tablet tech.
• Willingness to pass background check.
• Pride in workmanship and alignment with core values.

Responsibilities

• Lead jobsite execution from demolition to punch list.
• Layout, framing, window/door installs, cabinetry, trim.
• Read plans and perform material takeoffs.
• Coordinate daily with Project Managers and trades.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and professional client interaction.
• Document daily with photos, notes, and time in mobile tools.
