Job summary

Servicemaster DSI in Springfield, IL is seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter for year-round work with benefits. This full-time trades role covers remodeling tasks including drywall, painting, tile, flooring, and carpentry, with a strong emphasis on quality and safety.

You will earn $25–$32 per hour, plus a daily vehicle stipend, six paid holidays, and PTO accrual. Valid driver’s license, own tools, and reliable transportation are required; overtime applies after 40 hours and double time after 60.

The Position:

We are looking for a full time skilled Tradesman with remodeling experience (Drywallers, Painters, Tile, Flooring, Carpenters, Mechanical). The more skills you have the more we can offer you. We work on anything from a small patch and paint to a complete home rebuild. With our consistent workload, great leaders and well-rounded team members, this is a highly sought-after opportunity for you to find a permanent home.The pay range we are offering is $25-$32 an hour, along with a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses, six major holidays are paid off and you will accrue PTO as you work. Overtime is paid at 40+ and Double time after 60+. We are a growing company and there are advancement opportunities. Tradesmen are only working on construction phases, not water mitigation.
