LaborMAX Staffing is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter / Site Manager for Everett, WA. This hands-on leadership role combines high-quality craftsmanship with day-to-day jobsite operations.

You will lead crews, read plans, coordinate materials, and communicate with homeowners and project managers to keep projects on schedule and on budget. Competitive pay and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on carpentry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or crew supervision experience.
• Ability to read plans and solve problems in the field.
• Takes ownership of projects and follows through.
• Communicates professionally with clients and team members.
• Leads with accountability, professionalism, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, doors, windows, and general residential construction.
• Reading plans, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Supervising crew members, apprentices, and subcontractors.
• Managing daily schedules, production goals, and jobsite organization.
• Coordinating materials, tools, and inventory.
• Communicating with homeowners, vendors, inspectors, and project managers.
• Maintaining a safe, professional, and efficient work environment.
• Tracking progress and helping projects stay on schedule and on budget.
