You will supervise on-site operations, perform framing, trim, cabinetry, and installations, and mentor crew members to uphold our standards of quality and safety.

You will coordinate with project teams, interpret plans, and ensure work stays on schedule and within budget while representing the company professionally on homeowner interactions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential carpentry or remodeling.
• Able to read and interpret plans and specs.
• Experience leading or mentoring crew on job sites.
• Strong problem-solving and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on framing, trim, cabinetry, and installations.
