This leadership-driven field role will manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, and stay hands-on with carpentry to keep schedules on track.You will oversee daily field operations, build schedules, enforce quality standards, and drive safe, efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction experience with leadership responsibility.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, people, and multiple projects.
• Field leadership background (foreman/production manager).
• Strong hands-on carpentry skills (finish and rough framing).
• Clear, effective communication with clients, crews, and trade partners.
• Michigan Builder's License preferred or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

This is a leadership-driven field role - you'll manage crews, collaborate with subcontractors and trade partners, and direct the overall flow of each project, staying hands-on with carpentry work as required to keep things on schedule.

Strong leadership sits at the core of this role, backed by solid carpentry expertise and sharp on-site management skills.

Compensation

• Ability to lead with consistency, accountability, and respect
• Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Michigan Builder's License preferred, or willingness to obtain one
