The ideal candidate owns a truck, tools, holds a Mass CSL license, and demonstrates strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential remodeling and 3+ years as lead carpenter
• Mass CSL/unrestricted Construction Supervisor license
• Own truck or van, tools, and leadership on site

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site remodeling projects with a focus on quality and safety
• Coordinate with subcontractors and clients to meet timelines
• Mentor team members and manage on-site progress and reporting
