Job summary

Fresh Start Contracting in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced List Services Lead Technician to manage carpentry on small projects, handyman and concierge work. You will lead the jobsite from demo to finish, coordinating with the Project Manager and homeowners.

The role requires a valid Construction Supervisor’s License (CSL), the ability to read plans, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure high-quality, safe work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 8 years’ carpentry/construction experience preferred.
• Massachusetts CSL license required.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand building codes.
• Own hand tools and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily carpentry and frame-to-finish tasks on projects.
• Review budgets with Project Manager and manage scheduling.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and high-quality workmanship on site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and homeowners to review progress.
• Order and organize materials and maintain accurate time records.
