Job summary

Fresh Start Contracting in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced List Services Lead Technician to manage carpentry on small projects, handyman tasks, and concierge services. This role requires leading the crew, coordinating with the Project Manager, Owner, and Architect, and overseeing safety and quality on site.

The successful candidate must hold a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License (CSL), have a minimum of eight years in carpentry, and be able to read plans and estimate

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in carpentry/construction
• Must hold valid Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License (CSL)
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings
• Reliable work vehicle and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Lead Carpenter overseeing daily workflow and schedule with the Project Manager
• Review project plans with Owners and Architect
• Order materials from suppliers and sub-contractors
• Maintain job site safety and cleanliness
• Submit hours weekly for payroll
