This role emphasizes mentoring less experienced carpenters, reading blueprints, ensuring safety and quality, coordinating with subcontractors, and delivering projects on schedule with strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on residential construction experience.
• Experience leading crews as a Lead Carpenter, Crew Lead, Foreman, or similar field leadership role.
• Ability to read blueprints and translate plans into efficient field execution.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Experience using construction technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews on residential projects including framing, additions, remodels, and other carpentry work.
• Read plans, complete layouts, and ensure field execution.
• Coordinate daily activities to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized job sites.
• Mentor less experienced carpenters and promote teamwork.
• Communicate progress to company leadership.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers as needed.
