Position: Building Construction Lead Carpenter / Foreman

• Drywall partition framing & drywall installation
• Window & door installation
• Finish carpentry (wood moldings, handrails, door trim, etc.)
• Door hardware installation
• Cement board & waterproofing membrane installation
• Wood floor patching
• Rough carpentry (floor joists, exterior & roof sheathing, etc.)
• Drop drywall & ACT ceiling framing
• Wood stairs & Trex deck framing

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to follow instructions
• Attention to detail and neat work habits
• Own hand tools and basic power tools (know how to use them)
• Legal work authorization in the US, social security card
• OSHA-10 or OSHA-40 card
• Basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC skills (a plus)
• Valid NYS Driver's License (a plus)
• Basic blueprint reading (a plus)
