Eventscape is seeking a proactive Installation (Construction) Site Foreman to lead our projects during the final installation phase.

This role involves overseeing construction laborers and trades, with hands-on responsibilities as needed. The position requires frequent travel across the US and internationally, so candidates must have valid travel documentation.

This position is remote, working on job sites across the US, reporting to our New York office.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Install interior and exterior prefabricated products accurately.
• Travel globally for installations, sometimes on short notice.
• Supervise construction staff, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring safety and on-time completion.
• Address challenges through effective communication and collaboration.
• Conduct site visits, evaluate methods, and perform inspections to ensure quality.
• Serve as a client liaison to ensure their vision is realized.
• Support fabrication teams with installation insights when not on site.
• Interpret engineering drawings and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain unrestricted travel status for frequent domestic and international travel.

ABOUT YOU

• 5+ years of site management experience in demanding environments.
• Proven ability to supervise union and non-union subcontractors.
• Proficiency with construction tracking software.
• Strong understanding of building codes and safety standards.
• Experience with construction tools and interpreting blueprints.
• Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Exceptional problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Experience in client-facing roles and delivering excellent service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Hands-on fabrication experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
