Job summary

Qualifications

• / Strong carpentry skills, including framing and finish carpentry, with experience on commercial or multi-site projects.
• / Proficiency using power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• / Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and work orders to execute precise installations.
• / Experience leading field crews, coordinating tasks, and communicating effectively with project managers and other trades.
• / Knowledge of construction safety practices, OSHA guidelines, and job-site risk mitigation.
• / Reliable transportation to the St Charles, MO job site and flexibility to work varying shifts as project needs require.
• / High school diploma or equivalent; additional trade school training or carpentry certification is a plus.
• / Physical ability to perform carpentry work, including lifting, standing, and working with tools for extended periods.
