Role Description

The Carpenter Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in St Charles, MO, responsible for leading carpentry work on remodels, rollouts, and enhancement projects for commercial clients. This role oversees daily carpentry tasks, including framing, finish carpentry, fixture installation, and general construction activities, ensuring work meets quality, safety, and brand standards.
