Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in residential remodeling.
• Background in framing, finish carpentry, drywall finishing, and general knowledge of specialized trade work.
• Ability to lay out projects from plans, troubleshoot problems, and evaluate execution options.
• Ability to supervise a team of subcontractors and production workers.
• Proficiency in customer service satisfaction and effective communication.
• Reliable, organized and mechanically inclined.
• Ability to train and mentor fellow carpenters.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime and possess reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating remodeling projects from start to finish.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and plans.
• Performing skilled carpentry work including framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, and more.
• Managing and mentoring a team of carpenters and laborers.
• Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborating with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Proficiently managing subcontractors, overseeing their tasks, and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
