Farbman Group is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to perform and oversee residential and commercial construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate reads and interprets construction drawings and blueprints, lays out building spaces, and completes high-quality carpentry installations.

Responsibilities include reading specs, laying out sites, installing millwork, doors, frames and hardware, and coordinating projects from start to finish.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry/construction experience, including experience running projects.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction.
• Experience with millwork, doors, frames, and hardware installation.
• Ability to independently read and work from construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction standards.
