Job summary

The Farbman Group is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to perform and oversee residential and commercial construction and renovation projects. You will read and interpret drawings and blueprints, lay out spaces, and install millwork, doors, frames, and hardware to meet high standards.

The role requires minimum 5 years of carpentry/construction and the ability to run projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and timelines. Licensing is preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry/construction experience, including experience running projects.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction.
• Experience with millwork, doors, frames, and hardware installation.
• Ability to independently read and work from construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction standards.
• Licensed builder preferred.
