Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on carpentry across framing, finish work, trim, siding, roofing, decks or remodels.
• Ability to lead a small crew, read plans, run jobs smoothly and maintain high quality.
• Owns personal tools and has reliable transportation; valid PA driver's license.
• Shows up on time, stays safe, is drug-free and takes pride in workmanship.
