Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects, ensuring work aligns with blueprints and specifications, on schedule and within budget.
• Lead and mentor a carpenters' team and subcontractors, assign tasks, and resolve on-site challenges.
• Perform advanced carpentry tasks including framing, joinery, measuring, cutting, and assembly.
• Inspect workmanship for compliance with codes, project specs, and safety standards.
• Enforce OSHA guidelines and conduct safety inspections on-site.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to address needs and schedule changes.
• Provide progress updates to supervisors and maintain accurate records of work.

• Technical Execution: Perform advanced carpentry tasks including framing, joinery, measuring, cutting, and assembling materials accurately.
• Quality Control: Inspect work regularly to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce OSHA guidelines, conduct safety inspections, and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on-site.
• Client and Project Coordination: Communicate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to address project needs, schedule adjustments, and emergency repairs.
• Reporting: Provide progress updates to supervisors or project managers and maintain accurate records of work completed.
