Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in specific trade.
• 5+ years commercial construction experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Apprentice/Vocational training preferred.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Set forms for concrete including foundations, SOG, bulkheads.
• Placement of concrete with bucket, chute, pump and placement procedures.
• Finish concrete with floats and trowels on columns and walls.
• Install doors, frames & hardware; install blocking and carpentry.
• Adhere to JE Dunn safety standards and PPE compliance.
• Read and interpret project plans; complete pre-task planning.
