Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Carpenter 2 to execute concrete carpentry, reinforcement and finish carpentry on varied projects, including new builds and renovations. You will work with a toolbox of formwork, placement procedures, and finishing techniques under supervision.

Requirements include 2+ years in the trade and strong tool knowledge; high school diploma or equivalent preferred. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adaptability on site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; apprentice/trade training preferred.
• 2+ years in the carpentry trade; 2+ years commercial construction preferred.
• Strong knowledge of concrete carpentry, formwork, and basic framing.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete carpentry, reinforcement, and finish carpentry on diverse projects.
• Set forms for foundations, SOG, and bulkheads; place concrete as required.
• Install doors, frames, hardware and safety railings; follow OSHA standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team; maintain PPE compliance.
