Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in the carpentry trade is required.
• Experience in commercial construction preferred.
• Ability to read project plans and understand carpentry details.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex carpentry tasks in concrete or finish carpentry across projects.
• Supervise a team within the carpenter scope of work.
• Set forms for concrete foundations, SOG, and bulkheads.
• Install and maintain safety railings, doors, and hardware.
• Coordinate with foreman on upcoming work and durations.
• Complete JE Dunn reports and pre-task planning.
