Job description

We are seeking a full-time Lead Carpenter/Client Services Technician to service the MetroWest area, including Boston, South Shore, and Upper Cape. The role involves performing various carpentry tasks such as framing and finish carpentry, using hand and power tools, overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality control, and maintaining client relationships. Responsibilities also include ordering materials, overseeing deliveries, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring onsite safety compliance, and attending inspections. Our focus is always on the client.

We are also looking for subcontract carpenters.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of general carpentry experience

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in residential home construction
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record
• Construction management experience is a plus
