The role requires 5+ years in carpentry or millwork, 2+ years leading a crew, and strong blueprint reading and finish carpentry skills. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50+ lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in carpentry, cabinet installation, or millwork.
• 2+ years leading a crew preferred.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and elevations.
• Excellent problem solving and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation crews on residential job sites.
• Personally install cabinetry, countertops, wood/laminate casework, and millwork.
• Perform detailed finish work including crown molding and scribe work.
• Assign crews to projects and coordinate visits and service.
• Oversee daily site operations and ensure quality standards.
• Train and mentor junior installers and carpenters.
• Coordinate loading/unloading and protection of materials.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and contractors.
• Read blueprints and installation plans; troubleshoot issues.
