An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Deck Lead to join their team. In this role, you'll work closely with the Deck Tech to deliver exceptional deck projects while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high-quality standards. Your day will start at 7:30 AM, where you'll set up the work site, manage customer communications, and oversee the production of approximately 200 square feet of decking per week. With a focus on organization and quality, you'll play a vital role in creating premier outdoor spaces. A Typical Day at Premier Deck

We arrive on site at 7:30. Unload the trailer and set up the work site for the day. Work with and alongside the Deck Tech to produce a great deck project and provide an amazing experience for the customer from start to finish. Clean and pack up job site, log work for the day on provided iPad, plan ahead for materials needed, send an update to customer and punch out by 3:30.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Quality - Maintain a quality standard outlined by Premier Deck.
• Schedule
  • Complete projects on time or ahead of schedule.
  • 3 day look ahead for materials.
  • Update Daily Job Log.
  • Update Production Task List.

  • Job Site must be clean and orderly.
  • Clean and organized trailer.
  • Maintain a stocked trailer.
• Production
  • Able to work with Deck Tech and produce approximately 200 square feet of deck per week.

Requirements and Qualifications
