About Us
Pacific Remodeling is a faith-based, veteran-owned small business specializing in high-quality kitchen and bathroom remodels. We embrace a growth mindset and uphold strong core values— integrity, service, excellence in all we do—within a family-like culture. - Communicate effectively with the office, customers, and team to keep projects on track.
- Project Execution: Oversee and perform all phases of kitchen and bathroom remodeling (demo, cabinet installations, trim/millwork, tile work using the Schluter system, etc.). Ensure every project adheres to our quality standards, schedule, and budget.
- Carpentry & Finishing: Complete framing, drywall finishing, painting, and finish carpentry (baseboards, crown molding).
- Tile Setting: Lay tile for showers, floors, and backsplashes with precision and attention to detail.
- Basic Plumbing & Electrical: Disconnect and reinstall faucets, drains, supply lines, and light fixtures/appliances.
- Quality Control & Efficiency: Maintain meticulous workmanship, meet deadlines, and manage resources to avoid unnecessary delays.
- Customer Interaction: Provide professional, friendly customer service; communicate progress and address questions or concerns.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines, maintain a clean and orderly job site, and uphold company policies.

- Punctual, reliable, and committed to meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Tools & Transportation: Must possess basic carpentry tools and have reliable transportation.
- Problem-Solving & Planning: Ability to read technical drawings, calculate materials, and troubleshoot site challenges.
