  • Hourly wage $35-45+/hour - experience and performance-based, Paid twice monthly

A Few Other Must-Haves and Some Nice-to-Haves:
  • Thorough understanding of building science and trade work (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc.)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Communication with the team and clientele
  • Willingness to take direction and accept feedback
  • Resourceful problem-solvers with a CAN-DO attitude
  • Detail-oriented with high standards
  • Must be fully tooled
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Nice to Have: minimum 7 years of experience in the construction industry
What You Will Do:
  • Manage Subcontractors
  • Site prep, demolition, and excavation
  • Rough framing and carpentry
  • Minor drywall and tile
  • Window and door installation
  • Interior and exterior trim
  • Cabinetry installation
  • Install and maintain dust barriers
  • Remove load-bearing walls and properly support structural loads
  • Layout and frame walls
  • Build Decks
  • Custom Woodworking
  • Full-time, 40-hours per week with opportunities for overtime if desired
  • Mon-Fri generally 7 am- 4 pm

Compensation:

$35-45+/hour
