Integrated Restoration Acquisitions LLC is seeking a Lead Carpenter in Cleveland, OH to rebuild and restore residential and commercial properties after fires, water damage, storms, or structural issues. The role requires strong framing, drywall, finish work, painting, and remodeling skills, plus leadership capabilities.

You will read scopes, coordinate with project managers and restoration specialists, and maintain safe, clean job sites while guiding less-experienced carpenters.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of carpentry or restoration experience.
• Skilled in framing, drywall, finish work, painting, and remodeling.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Own standard hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
