The ideal candidate has over five years of carpentry or construction experience, excels in customer service, and is committed to safety practices. Responsibilities include reviewing project specifications, leading team actions, and responding to 24/7 emergency demands. Must have a valid PA driver’s license and a clean record, and availability for overtime. This is a full-time position with various benefits such as 401(k) matching and paid time off.

We are currently looking for a new teammate, someone who has integrity, dedication, and experience in the restoration industry for our open Lead Carpenter position.

Key Responsibilities

• Review the production sheets with project manager.
• 5+ years experience in the industry - drywall, framing, cabinets, flooring, etc.
• Completes job to specifications of customer's request.
• Excels in customer service and enjoys working with the public.
• Regularly communicate with team, Project Manager, and customer.
• Practices on-the-job safety, which includes wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), when appropriate and encourages safety among fellow team members.
• Responsible for equipment and materials to complete the assignment properly and on schedule.
• Responds to demands of 24/7 emergency service companies.
• Willing to take on a leadership role.

Must Haves

• Five (5) years of carpentry or construction experience.
• Displays knowledge of up-to-date construction standards and techniques.
• Willingness to share knowledge and train others.
• Critical thinking/ problem solving skills.
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid PA driver’s license
• Clean driving record defined as: no DUI-related violations within the past five-years and no more than three moving violations within the past three-years.
• Willing to work overtime as required and be part of the on-call team responding to after-hour emergencies on a rotating basis (evenings and weekends). Regular schedule: M-F 8:00a-4:30p.
